Dangerous curves: Lexus designs racetrack around swimsuit model’s body

Lexus has come up with a novel idea for promoting its upcoming 2013 GS model. Rather than releasing an atmospheric reel of driving footage interspersed with breathily annunciated buzzwords that would suit an aftershave promo brochure, the bods at Lexus have teamed up with Sports Illustrated swimwear model Tori Praver and done the most sensible thing – designed a full-scale racetrack around her curvaceous outline. The 1-inch-t0-100-feet scale result has been dubbed the “Tori 500″ was tackled by two professional racing drivers at the helm of a Lexus GS F Sport with the winner getting the chance to take Tori on a victory lap. While us mere mortals can only dream of  racing around a swim suit model-shaped racetrack, Lexus has at least released an app for the iPhone and iPad that allows you to insert images of a statuesque swim suit model in your photographs.
