Snow drift: former rally ace takes Ferrari FF for a winter workout

No sooner had Scuderia Ferrari drivers Filipe Massa and Fernando Alonso completed a fairly subdued session on the piste with Ferrari’s all-wheel drive FF, then former rally champion Markuu Alen decided to tackle a grueling 14 km forest track in Arjeplog, Sweden.

Famed for coining the phrase “maximum attack”, the former Lancia pilot showed none of the restraint exercised by the company’s Formula One drivers and worked the 485 kW V12 hard whilst giving the term “snow drift” and all-new meaning…
