Rider Somehow Survives Huge Bike Crash! [Video]

Advances in HD video technology over the past few years have allowed many people to use lightweight, user-friendly video cameras, like the popular GoPro range, to capture for prosperity some of their favourite pastimes and adventures. As we’ve seen on many occassions though (and especially in Russia) this raw footage also has the potential to explain some of the more curious things that happen on our roads. Take this video for example…
Captured by a GoPro fitted to a Ducati 848 Evo, one rider slows down for a car and trailor pulling off of the road. Only the chap on the Kawasaki ZX-10 doesn’t see the trailor and therefore doesn’t slow down. You think you can imagine what happens next, but we can assure you it’s worse than that. Miraculously, despite having to be airlifted to hospital, the fallen rider only suffered a broken arm and broken leg. The bike wasn’t as lucky.
